Shadow x Zara the trip pt4

Zach looked at the blue hedgehog that was asleep on the bed and sighed
"I glad that Dad taught me to swim... I wonder why he's so afraid of water, maybe I should ask him."
"Hey Uncle Zach who are you talking to?" Sierra said flashing him a grin as she walked past
"No-one Sierra. You seem in a good mood" Zach smiled. Every time he looked at Sierra he saw Zara they both had the same sense of humour although his sister wasn't quite as stubborn
"I am. Whether he means to or not my Dad worries about me and that means he'll answer my questions. Eventually"
Zach had to laugh
"Do you ever give up?"
"Nope guess that's something I share with my father"
"Shadow's got his hands full with you doesn't he?"
"you bet Uncle Zach" Sierra grinned before looking at Sonic "hey is he ok?"
"yeah he's fine. He just didn't enjoy the beach"
"Why not? I had a great time. It was so funny watch Daddy chase Drake away from Mom all day. I wish my dad was around in the future" Sierra sighed
"Why? You're here now. In fact I think Shadow might be wishing he was around in the future. Why don't you go and talk to him?" Zach had to admit he liked getting to know his niece
"Maybe I will. Thanks Uncle Zach!" Sierra called as she ran off
Zach looked back at Sonic "I wonder if you like having us here" he muttered to the sleeping hedgehog.
